We consider ourselves to be responsible breeders who:
· only breed from bull terriers health tested clear of heart/kidney/hearing defects
· aim to better the breed and breed dogs with wonderful temperaments
· treat our dogs as part of the family and raise pups in our home to a very high standard to give them the best possible start in life
· only sell pups/dogs to new owners who we have met first and are sure that they are going to the right homes
We ask potential new owners about the home they could offer a bully and what their circumstances are so that we know if a bully is suited to that situation.
The questions you are likely to be asked by any reputable breeder before being considered for a pup/dog are:
· Have you had any experience of owning a bull terrier/other bull breeds?
· Do you have an enclosed garden/yard (with at least 4ft high wall/fence)?
· Do you have any other animals/pets? In particular any other dogs? If so, please tell us the age, breed and gender of the other dog(s)
· Do you have any children? If so, how old are they?
· Are you able to ensure that the bull terrier will not be left alone for more than 4 hours on a regular basis? Bull Terriers are social dogs who love human company and DO NOT like to be left along for long periods of time – this can lead to behavioural problems
· Do you plan to show the bull terrier, or will it be for a pet home only?
